Your pictures are pretty damn bad dude. Also it is not good for one's health to be posting the same thing in many different threads some resurrecting threads from 2005 or 2006.

i would not say they are bad, but they are just basic is all.....a simple smudge here and there. they arent so much "works" just altered images....anywhom dont let the peanut gallery here discourage you...if gw is what inspires you to mess around in PS then keep doing what your doing....peazzy.

You are asking for feedback, you get it...and then you are telling people that they are wrong ?

As others have said, you should start checking out the other tools and learn how to use them well (In these pictures, you have a little good smudging but a lot of it is unnecessary).

i just like the way smudging makes the pictures have a certain.. "flow" to them
i guess i tried to make it feel that when u look at the picture u feel like its still in motion.

i learned how to do that in kindergarten. just draw, for example, a guy holding a baseball bat mid-swing. then - and this is the important part - draw about 3 lines behind the bat. this will show that the bat is moving in the picture and that the guy isnt just standing there posing like an idiot. attached is a picture demonstrating how to properly use "motion lines".

Well I must say I like 2 and 4. But the pictures are just smugded too much. Just select your char and w/e else, paste m into new layer and smudge them. Not everything. And indeed you could use more tools, looking at your pics, maybe liquify would be nice.
